I am an agroecologist specializing in plant ecology and biogeochemistry. I received my PhD from the University of Toronto, conducting research on plant-soil interactions in cocoa agroforestry systems in Ghana with applications for sustainable land use. Some of my current research in the Wagner-Riddle lab is focused on understanding the belowground mechanisms of cover crop diversification for reducing greenhouse gas emissions.
